Pet First Aid
Peace of Mind
Your pet is part of your family and just like any other member of the family, pets can become ill or injured. Would you know how to care for your pet in an emergency? It is important to know what to do when your pets first become injured before you can take them to the veterinarian. There is no 911 service for pets and after-hours emergency veterinarian clinics may be miles away from home. American Red Cross Pet First Aid classes offer cat and dog owners peace of mind and the skills necessary to provide care in unexpected emergencies until they can get their pets to a veterinarian. Pet First Aid teaches how to respond to a wide range of animal emergencies, including what to do in case of natural disasters.
Together, we can prepare for the unexpected...
